BOZEMAN, Mont. — The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) recently acquired an 82-acre island near the upper Yellowstone River that will be used for fishing access and community recreation.

Montana Department of Transportation says patching work is scheduled for US Highway 191 in Gallatin Canyon on June 23 and 24, with traffic control, reduced speeds, and possible 10-to-15-minute delays.
