SIBLEY, La. -Â The KTBS 3 Community Caravan is hit the road this week to celebrate the people and places that make the ArkLaTex unique.
Rick Rowe is in Webster Parish as the city looks to draw folks to the area for summer.
Today, for our ArkLaTex Made segment, Rick visited with Parish Meat Processing, who say "community is at the heart of everything [they] do."
According to their website, they "take pride in working closely with local farmers, helping families put fresh, flavorful meals on the table, and supporting the traditions that make our area special."
Parish Meat Processing also has a retail storefront that is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Customers can purchase "individual cuts, whether they need just one steak or are looking to stock up."
