Twin Sisters fire near Judith Gap grows to 50 acres

HELENA, Mont. — A wildfire burning about 10 miles northwest of Judith Gap has grown to an estimated 50 acres, with hot, dry, and windy conditions expected to increase fire activity this afternoon and evening.

According to the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest, the Twin Sisters fire is in an area of heavy timber with difficult ground access.
