(The Center Square) – As the summer draws to a close, gas prices remain high in across Ohio, with consumers paying more than a dollar more per gallon than they were a year ago.

At the same time, prices are rising across the county, topping $4 a gallon for the national average, also more than a dollar from a year ago.
