For Allipuram, opening a Paris Baguette bakery café marks the culmination of a longtime family dream. That dream became a reality when his daughter, Svanika, shared her desire to pursue entrepreneurship after graduating college. The father-daughter duo turned a childhood idea, inspired by Svanika's love of baking and hosting bake sales, into a family business, bringing Paris Baguette to the Hilliard and Dublin communities.
