EUREKA — Over 40 dogs and 11 other animals were seized and rescued by law enforcement authorities in northwestern Montana on July 17.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office recently put out a press release saying that a call from a concerned tipster came in about a property in the Rolling Hills Road area near the town of Eureka on June 27. The call was about possible animal neglect.
